    Joining U3A Hawthorn and enrolling in classes and activities requires each member to agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

  • UMAS for Members

    In September 2020 a new version of the Membership System was released for U3A Hawthorn members. This is a 'mobile responsive' site- in other words, the screen images and text will adjust to the size of your device, be it PC, tablet or smartphone.

    This document provides some basic instructions on typical funtions.

  • Change of Details Form – including withdrawing from a course

    Complete the form with any changes required to your membership record or to have someone enter an enrolment in the Membership System on your behalf. Also note that, since members cannot withdraw from a course using the membership system, this form can be used to request a withdrawal.

    This document provides some information about the U3A movement, the principles on which it is based and some background on U3A Hawthorn.

  • Acknowledgement of Risk Cycling 2022

    This form is tailored to cycling groups and contains an appendix on "Protocols and Safety tips" for group rides.

  • Acknowledgement of Risk 2022 (except cycling)

    Participants in outdoor activity classes, such as walking and digital photography, are required to complete an Acknowledgement of Risk form and submit it to their activity Convenor or the Office prior to commencing in that class.

  • Incident Report

    Any incident involving injury should be reported to the Management Committee by completion of an Incident Report.
